Cereal for Dinner. We all love cereal, protein, and our previous time. Enjoy all three of these gifts with this simple yet surprising meal. Prep & cook time: 1 minute, tops. Ingredients: - 1 bag of Surati Channa (dried spicy chickpeas for you white folks) - 1 can of Mackerel or Sardines in hot tomato sauce Open bag of Surati Channa, pour 1 cup into a regular sized soup bowl. Save remaining channa in the bag for future Cereal for Dinner. Use a chip clip, you animal. Open canned fish with can opener or your teeth if you are really tough. Pour the fish and hot tomato sauce into the bowl. Mix with large spoon and enjoy.
